The refrigerator part of the unit works, it fits into the area we need it to be perfectly. The ice maker is horrible. It is very small, it only puts out 10 small cubes at a time and it it takes 2 hours to make a tray. It took 4 days to fill the ice holder and every time you use ice, it seems to take half of what's in the holder.

The doors do not close by themselves like all the other fridges I have had did I saw on this website if there 5 inches or less they will close but they do not also have a dent on the left side so I™™m hoping it lasts so far so good but it™™s only been 2 days

I love my new fridge. I love the space.Unfortunately when I was getting it ready for my food, I found some parts were left out. There was only one cover for the roller/stabilizer screws under the front of the fridge. Also there were two rollers missing on the fresh storage bins and another one was broken. I'm having a problem getting the store to fix this issue. Please help resolve this for me.

Refrigerator was delivered last Wednesday Jan. 15th. Delivery guys set it up and removed the old Whirlpool unit. Was very quick. Cleaned out the fridge and freezer and withing 3 hours, the unit was cooling down. Put all food back in. Later we installed the icemaker and now it's working. It has good space and a large deli drawer, so plenty of storage. I would recommend to anyone who likes a black top freezer type of refrigerator.

Because this fridge does not have any features or gadgets, my perception is that it will be very reliable. It does circulate cool air around all my food, very evenly and was very Little effort, keeps my refrigerated food at 35° and my freezer at -10° which allows meat and ice cream to stay fresh. It is very quiet and does keep my fruits and vegetables fresh. The reason I only gave it four stars is that the shelf with the large drawer seems awkward to place in a position that allows other shelves to have a good height, although the door does hold tall bottles I also gave it four stars because the parts inside do seem a little flimsy and cheap but in reality it™™s not an expensive refrigerator so my expectations are probably unrealistic since the last refrigerator I bought was 30 years ago

The delivery was great, the two guys were very careful when removing my old fridge and then unpacking and setting up my new one. I didn't get one with an ice maker so there was no water hook up needed, only had to plug it in. Within 2 hours the temps were perfect. It's been 1 week so far and temps in both fridge and freezer are good.

Purchased this unit because it was advertised as "Garage Ready". As soon as the cold winter weather of the mid-west came around, the refrigerated section of the unit started freezing everything!! Soda cans exploded, water bottles froze solid, even beer was frozen. Tried turning temperature down but that didn't help. I've had 3 service tech's come to look at it and replace the same part but it keeps happening. I've just made my fourth appointment today for the same problem. Every year I go through this!! WHAT A HEADACHE!!

My side by side GE with water/ice dispenser died after 6 years. I spent some money trying to repair but it was hard to find a knowledgable personnel in US. After this learning experience I realized that is better to simply buy a new fridge. I was looking for something affordable and landlord-friendly as Im spending most of my time in Europe. I wish I never spent $500 on repair as this model was slightly more expensive™¦Turned out that I really like the interior of this fridge. I wish I have the one like this in Europe. Also I learned something about fridges. Always opt out for something with a simple schematic ™ less sophisticated less chances that something will break. I hope I will have more luck with this fridge ????I expect fridges to last more than 5 years.

I guess we've gone 'retro' at my house. After a lot of hassle with feature laden fridges we decided to simply and just get an 'old school' freezer-on-top and fridge-in-bottom appliance. We have not had it long enough yet to speak to it's longevity but it's doing it's job so far and runs quietly enough that we have no operational complaints. I wish the top shelf was an inch lower as a 2 liter bottle won't set upright in the middle of the shelf due to something below the freezer but they still can set in there on either side of it.

Bought this fridge three months ago and it already went completely out. All of my food spoiled and I also have insulin in my fridge that needs to stay cold. I called and requested a sooner appointment. They lied and said they would schedule me an appointment for today just to get me off the phone then turned around and emailed me and said the appointment is for Monday. I am pregnant and due any day and have kids. How is okay that we don™™t have food or a working fridge and we have to wait until Monday for repairs? Then if it can™™t be repaired wait again for a replacement unit. Not only that they had the nerve to tell me that they can™™t replace the food or insulin and refused to let me speak to a manager. Just by reviewing the comments today, this is obviously a common issue yet they continue to manufacture the refrigerator. I will be contacting a class action attorney today and reporting them to the better business bureau. This is sad that people have to deal with all this after spending all of that money on a fridge. A fridge that I bought to ensure that my breast milk will be stored. This is ridiculous and I will never do business with them again. Save yourself the headache.

I am only giving this review a 3 star rating based on the customer service. The fridge is running perfect and is what we expected. The fridge was to be delivered the day after Thanksgiving as selected when purchased only to find out it could not because the local delivery service was not working - then why give that as an option when selecting delivery date. Fridge finally shows up and it is the wrong color. Talked to customer service and new fridge set for delivery today. She mentioned I would receive an email for the new delivery along with a message addressing the mix-ups on delivery dates and color of the fridge, I have not received anything.

Bought fridge brand new. Compressor broke within 8 months. Hundreds of dollars of food soiled, out of the blue. Frigidiare repair service (thru the one year warranty) still hasn't come to repair the fridge & it's now been two weeks. No confirmation on when the parts will arrive & when service people will come fix the fridge. Never shopping Frigidaire again to apathetic, negligent customer service & unreliable appliances.

I love the doors in the freezer, they have the guards that keep my food from falling out. It has lots of room for meats, ice and packaged foods. The inside is high in the fridge part, I can fit so much on the shelves and great veggie bins too. I™™m very happy

Purchased my refrigerator in June of 2024. By October I noticed the freezer frosting over. A week later, on a weekend, the refrigerator/freezer stopped working. The business I purchased from had a repair man come on Monday but a replacement part needed to be ordered. That took a week. The repair man stated he has seen quite a few of this model with the same issue and the faulty part was corrected by the manufacturer. In the mean time, while waiting on the part, all of the food in my recently stocked refrigerator and freezer was bad and needed to be thrown away. I called the business I purchased it from and they asked that I call fridgidare. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who said it was not covered, even though it was a manufacturing defect, but she what she could do was send me the warranty showing me the hundreds of dollars of food was not covered. I thanked her and said that was not necessary and that I would NEVER purchase or recommend fridgidare again. Terrible appliance and even more terrible customer service. I am leaving a review where I can as well as Facebook to warn people about this experience.

I trust Frigidaire appliances. They last a long time. This model is efficient, and has enough inside space. I miss the freezer light as I had in old one. I added an ice maker and ice quality is great. Shelving is adequate, however the door shelves NOT being able to adjust levels, especially the bottom one is too low for me.
